How long does shipping take?

When   it   comes   to   shopping   with   Sug’s,   we   offer   three   different   options.

1.) Go basic! Get your goods in 4-6 business days with First-Class Mail for a flat rate of $5.

2.) Treat yourself! Wait as little as 3 days with Priority Mail for a flat rate of $10.

3.) Keep it local! Receive rapid shipping in 1-2 days in certain areas of Fort Worth. Inquire at shopsugscustomerservice@gmail.com to see if you qualify!

What is the refund/return policy?

Here   at   Sug’s,   all   sales   are   final   sales.

We will, however, offer an opportunity to exchange packages that may become damaged in the shipping process. As always, feel free to reach out with any issues or questions and we will do what we can to make things right for you on a case to case basis.
